本学期1月13日起全校放假，下学期所有本科生注册时间为2月18日和2月19日，2月21日正式上课。研究生于2月24-25日报道注册，2月28日正式上课。寒假期间，希望各位留学生注意自身安全，现将注意事项通知如下：

According to JUFE academic calendar, this semester will end on January12th. All the undergraduate should register between February 18th- 19th, and the classes will begin on February 21^st, 2022. For next semester, all the post-graduate students should register on February 24-25^th, 2022, and the classes will begin on February 28th. Hope you have a good winter holiday. We would like to remind you as below:

01安全第一，保护自己

Safety is top priority

留校期间，请同学们保管好个人物品，小心偷盗。做好疫情防控工作；保持良好卫生和健康的生活习惯；严禁前往中高风险地区;  注意佩戴口罩，尤其是前往公共场所、就医和乘坐公共交通工具时；注意营养，勤运动。

Please take good care of your personal belongings and be careful of theft. Do a good job of epidemic prevention and control, maintain good health and healthy living habits; It is strictly forbidden to go to medium and high risk areas; always wear mask when going to public places, receiving medical treatment or taking public transportation; keep a healthy diet and exercise regularly.

02门禁

Curfew

为确保居住安全，学校北区西大门（1号门）、北区南大门（2号门）、南区北大门（3号门）、南区南大门（4号门）：维持目前全天开放的管理模式。1号门与4号门只允许教职工及校内固定车辆进出，学生、外来人员及外来车辆全部从2号门或3号门进出校园。

1. The West Gate of the North campus (Gate No. 1) ,the South Gate of the North campus (Gate No. 2) ,the North Gate of the South campus (Gate No. 3) and South Gate of the South campus (Gate No. 4): maintain the current management mode of opening all day. Gate No. 1 and Gate No. 4 only allow faculty and staff and fixed vehicles in and out of the school. Students, outsiders and foreign vehicles all enter and exit the campus through Gate No. 2 or Gate No. 3.

03室内维修

Facilities Repair

室内维修下个学期开学恢复正常。如紧急需要维修，可以请Hassane帮忙（房间804），手机号15170434347，或Miguel（房间415），手机号：15170055951 一起到值班室填写中文维修申请表。放假期间，后勤服务可能不及时，请大家理解。维修时可以请Miguel帮忙翻译。

The ordinary repair could only be applied after the opening of next semester. In case some emergent repair, please ask for the help of Hassane (room804，Tel:15170434347)，or Miguel (room415, Tel: 15170055951), leading you to the duty room to fill the form in Chinese. However, the service might not be so prompt during the holiday.

04假期充电

Recharge for electricity

电费缴费中心将在以下时间段开放：

早上8:30-11:30，下午14:00-16:00

1月:14、18、21、24、28、30 日

2月: 4、8、11、16、17日

The electricity center will open on the dates below.

 In the morning: 8:30-11:30

In the afternoon: 14:00-16:00

Jan: 14、18、21、24、28、30

Feb: 4、8、11、16、17

05食堂，图书馆和体育场所

Canteen, library and gymnasiums

食堂开放时间：鼎食轩一楼

早餐：06:30—09:00

中餐：11:00—12:50

晚餐：16:30—19:00

图书馆开放时间：蛟桥园1月13-29日；2月7-17日（每天8:30—16:30）。

体育馆开放时间：1月13-30日，2月11-14日，2月16-17日。

蛟桥园室外田径场：6:00—22:00

蛟桥园羽毛球馆和乒乓球馆：15:00—21:00

蛟桥园篮球馆和排球球馆：15:00—21:00

蛟桥园网球场：北区15:00—19:00，南区15:00—21:00

The first floor of Ding Shi Xuan Canteen will provide breakfast at 6:30—9:00, lunch at 11:00—12:50, dinner at 16:30—19:00.

The library will open at 8:30—16:30  from Jan 13^th to 29^th,Feb 7^th to 17^th.

The sports field on Jiaoqiao campus will open at 6:00—22:00 every day.

The sports stadium will open at 15:00—21:00 from Jan 13^th to 30^th，Feb 11^th to 14^th and 16^th to 17^th.

06校医院

School hospital

整个寒假，校医院门诊都将正常上班。

During the winter holiday，the school hospital will open。

07 其他

如要向老师寻求帮助，白天请按以下值班表打电话。夜晚紧急情况请Miguel、Hassane联系值班老师。

Please refer to the form of teachers of OES on duty during winter vacation. Call them if you need help during daytime. For any emergency in the evening, ask Miguel or Hassane to call the teacher on duty.
